The Wellington School

The Wellington School, a Pre-K through 12 private academy, faced constricted site and aging facilities challenges as it pursued expansion to meet increasing student enrollment demand. Hired initially to provide architectural services, Lincoln Street broadened the focus of the building campaign, creating a comprehensive plan to implement a more effective use of existing land area, providing for athletic fields, and allowing improved phasing scenarios for demolition and new construction during continued occupancy of the school. The first phase, a new kitchen and dining facility, is now complete.
